Booking Policy for Cold Sparkling Machines Thank you for choosing our cold sparkling machine rental service to enhance your event! To ensure a smooth and transparent booking experience, please review our policy below: Reservation: To secure your booking, a signed rental agreement and full payment are required at the time of reservation. Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment Terms: All payments are final and non-refundable. Once the payment is processed, we cannot offer cancellations or reimbursements. Payment methods accepted: Credit Card, Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Venue Authorization: It is your responsibility to ensure that the venue authorizes the use of cold sparkling machines prior to booking. We are not liable for cancellations or restrictions due to venue policies. Changes to Booking: You may request changes to your event date or time up to 7 days prior to the scheduled date, subject to machine availability. Delivery and Setup: We handle delivery, setup, and breakdown to ensure a stress-free experience. Please provide access to the event venue at least 1 hour before the start time for setup. Safety and Usage: Our cold sparkling machines are for professional use only and will be operated by our trained staff. The machines are safe for indoor and outdoor events, but must not be tampered with by unauthorized individuals. Weather Policy: For outdoor events, we recommend having a backup indoor location in case of inclement weather. Damages: The renter assumes responsibility for any damages caused to the machines due to negligence or improper use during the rental period. By completing your reservation, you agree to the terms outlined in this booking policy.
